Question about "When Kenpo Strikes" vid.

I've watched the "When Kenpo Strikes" video quite a bit. I am super impressed with all the martial artists in the video and have actually grown fond of the song as well. I know that someone may have answered this already but I can't find the thread. My question is what is the guy in the red gi's name. I know from reading the lyrics of the song that it is Hugo something, but what is his last name and where is he from? Thanks for any help.

Is it something he created, or a standard W.C. or JKD form or
