This to announce that as of yesterday the NYC Metro Area Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu Study Group has been given Official Formal Status by Katsuyuki Kondo, Menkyo Kaiden of the mainline tradition of Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu.

This group had been function with a special oral consent announced publicly by Kondo sensei at the 2006 training seminar.

The Daito-ryu Study Group has moved to Guttemberg, NJ. We are now training out of the "Academy" dojo and are no longer in the "Spartan School of Self-Defense'.
