I thought I'd post in here to say hello again and reintroduce myself. I used to post on here quite regularly but haven't for a good long time. It is a fantastic forum full of respect and top quality information.
I was training in TAGB ITF Tae Kwon Do when I was last on here but I have now changed arts. I am now training in Kevin O'Hagan's Combat Jujutsu and attending a beginners Boxing class at The Sweatbox, Bristol UK. I'm very much a novice but enjoying the learning.
