it aint skipper mullins for sure.
1. skipper was skinny as a rail. The guy wallace is fighting is hefty
2. skipper's main thing was kicking. The guy in the video wasa classical fighter, sweep/reverse punch, rinse repeate

it aint Allen Steen. Allen Steen was done fighting by the time Wallace started

hmm....my educated guess.....Vic Leroux? Dunno really..:s
