Second Annual Mano y Mano workshop
Coming on September 13, 2008 The Miami Arnis Group will be hosting our second annual Mano Y Mano workshop from 12 P.M.- 4 P.M. With the enormous success of last years Mano Y Mano and Surviving Armed Street Assaults work shops we've decided to continue with the street fighting theme. This years workshop will feature the following skills:
Powerful hand striking combinations for fight finishing knockouts
Static and active default covers for defense against sucker punches
Elbow limb destructions to weaponize our default covers
Clinching skills for when in a f.u.t.
Concrete friendly take downs and ground grappling
Street applicable leg and ankle lock skills session with Senior Student Ozzie Melendez
Ballistic counter grappling for keeping the fight on your feet
Countering his weapon draw
Empty hand counter stick and knife strategies
Equipment needed:
Training knife, stick & mouthpiece.
Boxing Gloves (optional but will allow for greater intensity)

Miami Beach Martial Arts located at 923 41st Street on Miami Beach, Fl 33140 .
Cost:
The cost will be $50.
