I will be demonstrating at CNN's Fit Nation tour this Saturday (12:45pm) and Sunday (11:45pm) at the Erie County Fair.

Sifu Bob Gott of Red Dragon and the Western New York Yang ChengFu Tai Chi Chuan Center will be performing 4:15pm both days.
