Hi
I am just new to this forum and thought I would start off by asking for some help.
I recently compiled all my BJJ, MMA and Muay Thai techniques and training methods into a database a while back so that I could put my teaching curriculums easier.
In doing that I decided to put together some instructional DVDs for my assistant students and fighters. This resulted in me putting together a course for any one interested focussing on MMA and street effective self defense.
Just to be sure I have covered these thoroughly I thought it would be prudent to ask as many people as possible worldwide in the fight game.
