hey everone, i just found this site a couple days ago & i'm really enjoying reading everyone's thoughts on the martial arts.

much of my martial arts involvement the last 10 years have been geared towards mma. over the last few months i've become burnt out on the whole mma scene & am becoming more interested in traditional styles once again. i was really pleased to find a place to discuss & learn about so many different styles.

lately i've taken an interest in chinese martial arts since i have virtually no experience with them. it seems like every couple of years i get a little burnt out on what i'm training & add something new to it. i'm in the kansas city area right now, but i'm moving to denver early next year & think i'll check out a hung gar school i googled out there.
