I still have a sore nose from Ron S., and the last I heard his ribs were still tender..........but once we were done, it was nothing but handshakes and hugs.........that's what Kenpo is all about.
I guess I could mention that we swept the Continuous Fighting, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, the other guys in it did'nt know what to think!
