The 'Kenpo Kids' from the American Kenpo Karate Academy in England recently staged a 'Kenpo Kick-A-Thon' to raise funds for sparring equipment.
21 students, between the ages of five and thirteen took part, each kicking a hanging bag as many times as possible in one minute. (The younger ones kicked for two sessions of 30 seconds and their scores were added together)
Everyone had a great time, and I would like to say a big THANK YOU & WELL DONE to everyone who took part.
Special thanks also to the Kick-a-thon Officials, Cleo Dywer, Billy Andersen and helper Karleah Ward.
Please add your congratulations by visiting

Thank you,
