http://www.vforcesfc.com/jim.jpgSGT. JIM WAGNER TO HOST FULL WEEK OF TRAINING IN DECEMBER '08
Yes, the founding father of Reality Based Self Defense, JIM WAGNER will be hosting a full week of ALL his course outlines at Combatives-USA. Jim Wagner has trained every major organization, military and law enforcement agency, as well as civilians WORLD WIDE.
He has graced the covers of many martial arts magazines, he is in EXTREME HIGH DEMAND, has DVD's, Books, Training Material, He even Created and Designed a Combat Folding Knife.
He is a true warrior. His skill and knowledge can benefit any martial artist, regardless of skill. He takes a NO BS approach to training and makes it as REAL AS IT CAN GET without anyone getting hurt. He thinks and operates in a complete combat circle, leaving no stone unturned that might cause you to get hurt by bad instruction or lack or correct information. This man has done his homework time and time again. Don't take my word for it, search him on the NET for yourself.
So if you have some time off around the very beginning of December and want to bring in '09 with a massive change to your life style. I highly recommend Jim Wagner's Training Courses. CERTIFICATION COURSE / KNIFE & GUN WORKSHOPS will start December 1st - the 7th. Stay tuned for more information. Please visit his site at: www.jimwagnertraining.com (http://www.jimwagnertraining.com)

Yes, the founding father of Reality Based Self Defense, JIM WAGNER...
the founding father of reality based self defense would have been the first proto-human who picked up a rock and brained his neighbor for trying to steal his food.
...he is in EXTREME HIGH DEMAND
I'll bet he's expensive then.
... He even Created and Designed a Combat Folding Knife.
I design and build combat swords and spears. I win.
Don't take my word for it...
don't worry.

Dude, I dont know who you are, but I know who HE is...This is a forum to post seminars, they have open forums on this site for your opinions about instructors which shows personally you have no class whatsoever and no respect.
& on top of it, who EVER you are, you mean nothing to me or people who like Jim Wagner whatsoever....
By the way my facility is located in Franklin Square....Just in case you wanted to STOP by....

Eh, I think "Jim Wagner" is a much better answer here.
He's certainly a well-known and well-respected RBSD instructor. If the seminar were near me I'd be interested in attending it.

My Point is if you want to see JIM WAGNER or MYSELF (Tommy DiLallo) you can always come and check it out for yourself.
Another point is, he is established and has traveled around the globe with nothing but being a stand up guy, and a good instructor and reputation....
You can learn from ANYONE, you might modify it in the process but to say we know every move and defense out there would be nieve.
Otherwise, my door is always open.

fair enough.
and I will also clarify. I honestly thought you were a hit-and-run spammer. Something about the original post that gave me that impression, it's something that we see here often enough. I really expected that we would not ever hear from you again after you made this post. hence, my sarcastic response.
I clearly jumped the gun, and I mis-interpreted what I saw, and offer my apologies.
welcome aboard.

Hock Hochheim's talk forum started it but the POW Network has done some back ground checks and they have Wagner listed as a phony.
Basicly, Jim Wagner only spent 8 months in the Army. He has been overhypeing and exagerating his experiance for years. He has been calling himself Sgt. for years even though he has just recently made E5 in the California militia. He even claimed to have dated Diana Inosanto. It is a lot of drama. Buyer beware.

Look under James Wagner.

I've got my own problems with Jim Wagner; for all his talk, he never seemed to spend a lot of time anywhere, other than his own things. One of my biggest issues is that he tied up time and resources in the Federal Air Marshall program, only to quit after less than a year. Sorry -- given his prior background, that smells like resume building, not a true desire to be a FAM.
But one of the issues that the POW Network people have is that he claims to be a sergeant; based on his bio, he was promoted to sergeant as a reserve officer with Orange County. I don't know how he claims it; if he claims he was an army sergeant, they've got a legit gripe. If he just claims he's a "sergeant", he's OK. If he says he's a "police sergeant", he's got them dead to rights.
As to his qualifications... he's got lots of pretty certificates and has done lots of training. I'm not sure how much he's actually DONE of what he trains, though... Seems like he would have had to cram a lot of operational experience around his personal endeavors...
But... He is absolutely the best qualified person to teach the Jim Wagner certification program, without a doubt!

Give you credit for that. Many people tend to let that kind of thing slide.
