Hello I have been practicing Chuka/Chu Gar kung fu for 16 years now under sifu Manuel Rodriguez. I have also practiced Mok Gar under Sifu Steve Martin and I have done Chen Style Tai Chi in Singapore.

I hope to inhance this forum...
