Can anyone suggest any decent homework outs, both for fitness and conditioning?

Thanks

sure, I guess I can give mine. I wake up every morning around 530 am jump rope for 15-20 minutes. Run a brisk 5 mile jog then I go to class. In the evening I jump rope for about another 15 minutes then work my core for about 1/2 an hour doing various core exercises and finish it off with two sets of 50 pushups with 30 seconds rest. 3 times a week I throw in weight training. I also stretch every morning and every evening. Wow that sounds like a lot, but you just kinda get used to it.

Read on Tabata, Interval Training

mini drills take 2 harder movements (pushups, squats, burpees) and 4 easy movements (that keep heart pumping like jumping jacks)
One set:
1-hard 20s
2-easy 20s
3-easy 20s
4-hard 20s
5-easy 20s
6-easy 20s
So do as many as you can in 20s (try doing them at fast pace), do 4-8 sets, rest 40-60s.
