According to a certain source its 110....
but 110 is how much my 12 year old skinny sister weights...
Ive never heard of a 17 year old male weighting 110....
ps- there isnt a muay thai only folder ?

There is no particular weight mate. Something that is healthy and comfortable for your own frame.

By the way...there is a Muay Thai folder. It is a little further down the main forum page, under a heading that says "Indochinese martial arts". Have another look and you will see it.

Doctors say im supposed to weight about 200 or so, I would look like I was ill. Like meth18au said, find a weight that is comfortable for you

Well at 5'3" you don't want to get to heavy. About 110-115 would probably be a good weight (flyweight/bantamweight). Like others have said, find where you are comfortable.

dont you think thats too low ?
my little sis weights 110 and shes not even fat...
I dont know one male my age that weights that...
i know one kid hes about my height and weights 135 and he is skinny as hell it looks like he is diseased
