This is from CNN News. A clerk locked a thief in a store and fought him with a broomstick. Yeah, I know, he shouldn't have done that, safety, should have just let him go and call the police, etc.

BUT, I just love when people fight back like this. I'm sure the thief will think twice before trying it again. heh

if a persons life is not in danger ( gun, knife) I like the idea of protecting what is yours or your responsibility to defend

IMO it is the quickest way to lessen crime. Having thugs being scared of their potential victims is a great thing.

Personally I say if someone is wronging you and you can safely fight back, go for it! I always keep a broom handy at work just in case!

Yes, I like it very much when people who are picked on fight back, especially when they get the better of the bad guy(s).
