The Dexter Bujinkan Dojo

Proudly Presents

A Two Day Seminar On Kukishin Ryu

Featuring World Renowned

Instructor Mark O'Brien


This training will commence on September 8th and 9th
from 12:30 til 5 pm each day. Cost for two day's is
$70 and for one day $50. The Dexter Bujinkan Dojo
is located just north of Ann Arbor in beautiful Dexter
Michigan. Those interested in attending should email
the Dojo beforehand. Please see the attached flyer
for all other details.

Some world class training happened over the weekend at the Dexter Bujinkan Dojo. Mark O'Brien was fantastic and I know that everyone who atteneded enjoyed themselves.

For anyone who wants to experience training at a very high level then do check out a Mark O'Brien Seminar when you get a chance. Hey! Sorry for not replying sooner. :)

Yes, I met him once quite a while ago. I was at Gregs prior to the beginning of their class, working out. I hung out for a while, waiting for Greg, so I could say hello. He came in with Mark. Mark and I exchanged a brief hello and he went to change for class. Greg extended the invitation for me to stay and watch the class, so I did. Had no idea at the time who Mark was, what rank he was..nothing. Once the workout began, and I saw him performing some of his stuff, I was quite impressed. :ultracool

Where is Mark now? Is he still working in Japan? I haven't seen him since 2000 at Ayase.

Yes he still lives in Japan but is currently in the States teaching some seminars for a couple more weeks.

I believe Texas and Chicago are the next two stops. I do not think Florida is on the list but I am not 100% sure.

Oh bummer. :( I guess someone around here would have mentioned it, anyway. Cliff Vann in Orlando is pretty much on top of any events in Florida and he would have sent out emails to many of us.

Well Doc_Jude he probably will be out in California to visit with family but I do not know of any seminars. That does not mean that there are not some planned just that I am not in the know. http://www.martialtalk.com/forum/images/icons/icon6.gif

Hey Terry tell Zachary hello from me. I will get back to you in pm where Mark will be. It's not a secret I just do not know exactly where he is teaching at the moment only that he will be there for a seminar shortly. http://www.martialtalk.com/forum/images/icons/icon14.gif
