Hello, can anyone direct me to a Kenpo web site that has video demonstrations of required belt techniques? I found a few here, http://www.americankenpokarate.net/nav/demos.html , but I am sure that I had seen another site with demos in a .avi format.
I have visited and bookmarked many many kenpo sites in the past month or so, but now I can not find this site. A picture is worth a thousand words.
