Hi All.

New to this forum so thought I would introduce myself. My name is Paul and I run the Krav Maga training Centre based in Bristol UK and Weston super mare.

I am a life long martial artist and after nearly 37 years of training have still not lost my love of the arts generally. Although I teach Krav Maga for a living I still practice and enjoy a range of arts especially Wing Chun JKD some Kali and grappling. Look forward to posting and reading in the future.
