A San Francisco woman chased and caught (http://sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2007/06/15/IDTHEFT.TMP) the woman who had put her through identity theft hell. Unfortunately, the ***** was on probation and got probation. So what's to stop her from doing it again?

Maybe she'll run across someone who won't bother turning her over to the law and extract blood...I've attended classes about ID theft for LE, and its scary...
