What is the link for?

If you're viewing MartialTalk at work, when you're supposed to be working, and the boss or someone else comes wandering by, you click "Boss Mode" so it looks like you were doing something business-related.

Yup, it's a way to make your boss or co-workers think that you're being a very dedicated and productive employee.
Not that visiting MartialTalk.Com isn't productive...:D

Nice feature, can it be made personale, so it would pop up with something I'm working with?

Was a link that when hit, took you to a google search page.

There used to be a couple of programs around that when you hit a hotkey it went to a spreadsheet or wordproccessor page.
I dont know if they still exist.
