Simple Question

By small joint manipulation I know this includes fingers, but does this also include the wrists and ankles? What do they consider small and what is big?

Typically, wrist and ankle locks are not considered small joint manipulation. SJM is usually reserved for fingers, though I suppose it would include a toe if someone were inclined to try a toe lock.
