About the last seminar:
We are taught the Female is weaker then the Male. We are taught that Women can be victims to Men. And yet, if we have learned anything from Nature, the true hunters are not the Males of the pack – It is the lioness. The black widow. The alpha *****. It is the female species.
The seminar will entail realistic self-defense in wielding the "knife". Self defense against a potential murderer, rapist, or attacker.
All female participants are invited. No previous martial arts training is necessary. Beginners are always welcomed. Please wear comfortable workout clothing and rubber soled shoes.

I would like to thank all the instructors involved in today's seminar and training. My daughter Sarah who is not overly impressed by "flash" presentations of any sort, thoroughly enjoyed what was taught. She feels more confident in handling of knives and to use an overly used word, more empowered by this knowledge.
