it's not a hard book to find. at least i don't think it is nowadays...

probably any martial arts equipment dealer like asian world or century should have it.

Stretching scientifically is the book/video.

very good but don't be fooled by the adds as the people behind the book paid George Dillman about $20000 for his picture. He never used that specific program to do the splits.
