So going from zero to working out again I was trying to find a guide marker for how many of x and y I should be able to do at my age.

Anyway so I found this site http://www.standardlife.ca/en/health/tools/calculators/fitness.html

Turns out I'm actually in the "good" range of health why then I feel like a rock stuck in the mud I have no idea :)

When starting a new routine of any kind, it takes a few weeks for the positive benefits to show. If you are in a routine that is getting progressively harder then it is natural for to feel a bit behind, even if good improvements are there.

Its an interesting test...however...some of the questions are a little vague. Asking how long one can hold their legs in a certain position without feeling pain...welll...pain is relative, isn't it? ;)

Good find though. I'm curious to see what it will say for me. :D :D
