Water training seems like a good idea. It allows for some added roughness while performing the self defense drills (pulling someone completely off balance /off their feet), and of course the resistance training water offers.

not sure I'd pay a $70 fee for a few hours / 1 day, though, but if I had regular access to such trainin I'd jump on (in) it.
