I did a quick search, and all I could come up with an old post on KFM forums that went unanswered:

"About 15 years ago I briefly studied Butterfly kung fu with a guy named Winston Reed in North London (Finsbury Park), England. I have lost touch and would like to contact him. Anybody know of him or have knowledge about the style, which is similar to Wing Chun? Thanks much."

Interesting. In Wing Chun we have an arm movement (sau) called Bong Sau, or Butterfly arm. Never heard of a butterfly kung fu. Perhaps they just got the name from Bong Sau? Maybe all of the movements are based off the Bong Sau? lol I dunno. Sounds kinda fishy to me! Granted there are many many styles i have never heard of.

Peace
