This seminar is quickly approaching on Sunday October 22 in Burligton Ontario (1hr from Buffalo & 45 min. from Toronto). Techniques are combat oriented and presently used by units of the Canadian Armed Forces and the United States Marine Corps. Explanations will be in both historical and present medical terms.

A one-day seminar using advanced pressure point defense techniques against various attacks. Open hand techniques are used against unarmed attacks, to manipulate pressure points on the body requiring little strength to apply. This advanced course is intended for last resort attacks. No follow up is required after application of the technique. Techniques can be modified for lower level use of force.
This is a hands on seminar for realistic unarmed combat applications!!!
Program Outline
A: Introduction to pressure points, basic principles,
meridian locations, use of special points,
Quadrant Theory, Yin Yang Theory,
Five Element Theory, Multiple Point Theory,
Dim-mak, unarmed combat Applications.
B: Learn 30 of the most useful combat
pressure points
C: Pressure Point Charts and handouts
will be provided
D: Techniques:
1. Defense against a one-handed lapel grab
2. Defense against a one handed wrist grab
3. Defense against a two handed wrist grab
4. Defense against a two handed lapel grab
5. Defense against a front choke
6. Defense against a close choke
7. Defense against a straight punch
8. Defense against a hook punch
9. Defense against a two handed push
10. Defense against a headlock
11. Defense against a bat/baton
