Tips for finding the right school...

You should look at their training program. Are they geared toward self-defense, to sport style, or physical fitness? All are great but it depends on what you're looking for. Well, actually, self-defense and sport style both require physical fitness but I mean physical fitness as in just looking for the aerobic activity and to get more flexible while they don't want to do tae bo.
