Someone may have posted (heck I may have seen it, but forgot about it) this already somewhere on the forum, but is this real or had the footage been doctored?

That's real. And if you look around you'll probably be able to find a few more nearly identical breaks.

It's a rare occurence, but does happen.

Oh gosh that looks ugly. I'd not be suprised if it were real, but that must have been nasty for the doctor to try and patch up, thats both bones clear through.
