X-kan is news to me...
Unless it's ex-ka maybe, an odd way of saying an ex member of the class....
Probably not, but it's my best shot!

X-kan is a term used to reffer to the three traditional style ninjutsu organizations. They are The BujinKan, Genbukan and JinenKan. They are all decended from the Bujinkan organization of Hatsumi Sensei.

Yes, and any of us that are outside of the X-Kans are affectionatly termed "neo" Ninja :(
If you are not in an X Kan then by and large you are not practicing Ninpo or Ninjutsu. That being the wide opinion.
