Seems as though a special congress meeting(yes another one) has just been held in NK and the NK politician Chang Ung was elected as president of the ITF.

p.s. Russell MacClelan is supposed to be president of ITFV still as they deny the vote for the NK politician as illegal. So there's 2 of them now.

I still found it interesting that Grand Master Sereff has resigned himself and the USTF from the ITF (V or NK?). I never thought he would do that, so it must be bad enough that even he can't stand it any more.
