Guys and gals,
I have two links you all may enjoy. On my schools website I have a link that shows the WTF forms in video format, I also found a link showing the ITF forms in video format.
ITF Forms Link: http://www.natkd.com/chang_hon.htm
WTF Forms Link: http://www.moosulkwan.com/T/00/00SNA.asp?asm=sna&tmp=C011&x=27&sid=30&t=Poomse
Enjoy,

Well poomse is such a big part of Tae Kwon Do so I figured everyone would find them useful. One and three step sparring is different from school to school however thankfully poomse is standardized.:ultracool

I couldn't agree more. That is why Moo Sul Kwan is a WTF school by affiliation, however when GGM Park came from Korea he taught the ITF forms. After he died it was decided to continue teaching the ITF forms for that very same reason, that it was good to know more than one set of forms.

Thanks Matt! That's GM Lee, Chong Kwan who taught the physical portion of the Kukkiwon Instructor course. He is a really nice guy!
