It is official!!!! We had our "Black Belt Extravaganza" today where we performed and .....recieved our black belts!!! How pumped am I????

My hand is sooo swollen! Boards, bricks and ice breaking, it is all worth it though!! Pictures soon!

A hard earned accomplishment is not bragging, all of us on the board will agree you are not a braggart. You have accomplished something very worth while telling. I am with you and Kacey as well, there does need to be more women black belts.
