A builder from Orange in central western New South Wales has broken the world record for the most punches thrown in a minute. The world record stood at 428.
On Saturday, Mick Fabar punched 436 in his first attempt and 446 in his second.
He had trained for three months to set the new world record.

:erg: That's insane. I'd love to see it. Too bad there wasn't a clip.

I would have liked to see it, also how far did he have to move, and also what was a punch? Was it against a target or in the air?

A good record no matter how, I am just very curious. :D
