Not sure what bored this falls in but I have a question , does any one know how to shadow box a karate belt my friend test recenlty got his 2nd dan and they gave him a size 8 and he wears a 6 so he got a new one and he has the 8 still so is there any way he can put it a shaodw box and tie it if so how do u sew it to the back , we both are lost.
