Need score sheets and brackets

Alright I used to have saved on my pc some score sheets and fighting brackets for tournaments but I cant find them any way some one can send me a copy of both of them my school i train at is having a small in house event and I am running the floor so I want it to be fast

I have extremely simple 8 man brackets I made for myself that I can send you if you're interested. I'm not sure what kind of event your planning on running to know what you need for score sheets though.

this is just going to be a small event maily so me and my sensei can see who will be on the regional team this year
