I am wondering if anyone has a site that has good techniques for stretching. I know this is very important and my kicks are low since I can't kick high at all and they are of very poor technique. No I don't have any training but I would just like to improve my flexibility. So this would be helpful ;) Also does anyone have good method of using a speed bag. I would love to improve hand eye coordination and speed and I have a speedbag so I am wanting to use it more.

I didn't find any sites, but I *did* find a site full of book references on stretching and kicking that might be helpful. I know I've seen several of these at local bookstores, so you may want to check out the titles. I don't know which books are worthwhile, though (although I hear the Bill Wallace ones are useful)
