Hi new to the forum

Martial arts training for the last 24 years
Aikido
Muay Thai
Wing chun
Shangtung black tiger

currently teach aikido, and also lecture on self defence and womens self defence

i also work as a personal trainer and sports therapist

Welcome and I see you do self defense lecture, when and where have you done them. I'm always curious to see fellow Ma'ers doing lecture, is it mainly with childern and women at schools or through the local rec. center.
I know we had a good SD class-lecture through the YMCA a year ago.
