Buffalo NY BJJ class coming

[Real Position]

this June. The class will be held at The Training Edge in Williamsville every friday at 6:15 and will be taught by Charles Anzalone, purple belt under Carlson Gracie Sr.

The class will be BJJ with the gi and no experience is necessary. This class will be held for 6 consecutive weeks to determine the demand for it so please don't delay. As long as there is a good turnout, the class will continue to be offered.

The Training Edge has some great training areas. I believe they have 3 rooms, plus a weight room. The locker room even has showers. Definately a top-notch place to train. :)

Carlson Gracie Team Buffalo will be conducting classes beginning October. The class will meet every week and is open to everyone. Beginners are welcome and no experience is necessary.
