The one we practice is slightly different. Also, I didn't notice very much use of hip in any of the techniques. How can one generate any power without the hips?

When I learned in the early seventies it was kwown as the speed Kata and that was real slow for my liking.I agree this was the best that I could find on the net until I get mine video taped and I will then add that on to here, hopefully I will be able to do it sometime this year. The good thing about it being slow is that the people that don't know it can at least attemp to learn it.
