Kickboxing History

I would like information on the history of american kickboxing from 1960 to present?
In depth I would like to know title holders, associations, wins and losses, top ten fighters, and why now does kickboxing not bring in the crowds it did in the 70's and 80's?

Maybe I didnt explain what I am looking for. I am trying to write a history page on kickboxing. I also had planned once I had made compilation of as much data as I can get to see if they would let me post this compilation here on this forum. I am trying to not only get the history down on paper but try to see about getting the art of kickboxing back out of the side streets and into mainland sporting events again. If I can understand why it had a very brief history maybe I can understand how to get it back.
