Hello everyone!
I have recently started my first martial arts class and would just like to extend greetings to everyone here. The classes I have started in is a mixed martial arts system, the stongest influence of which is Japanese style taijutsu handed down from Toshitsugu Takamatsu to Mr. Masaaki Hatsumi and so on through a couple others and eventualy to my teacher and myself. I have to say that so far I am loving it.
As for myself I am a 29 y/o industrial engineer.
I basically figured that I need to get myself in a little better shape, and martial arts seems to be a good physical and mental motivation to do so.
I have already found quite a bit of good info on this sight and look forward to more.
I suppose that is enough for now.
