Hello,
I thought that this would be a good place to pick up some new ideas about training, philosophy, and techniques. Hopefully I can share whatever I might have to offer, as well!
I began my training in Kuk Sool in 1999, in college...had the luxury of training with a great many martial artists outside of my dojang, from dozens of different backgrounds. Specialization is great, but training with people who aren't on the same page as I am has really exposed me to new approaches to training, self-defense, and fighting styles...all very valuable!
