Hi there,
I'm on a quest for a peice of training equipment but I'm not sure what I should buy. I did have a punchbag but no hook or wall bracket will keep it up so I'm not sure what I should buy? I do Wing Chung Kung Fu so is it worth me getting a wall attached Wooden Dummy for £100, but the problem with that is that I'm going away to university in less than a year and I probably wont be able to take it away with me and not only that you cannot really attack a dummy with full force. My other option is to get a freestanding punchbag but they are more expensive and they dont really help my wing Chung training, so help people what should I do?
What equipment is best to buy for tournament training?
