Buffalo, NY October 13, 2004 - MartialTalk.com is proud to announce that MartialTalk in conjunction with the World Modern Arnis Alliance, SilverStar WebDesigns and Warriors' Den Supplies have joined forces and have entered the Mixed Martial Arts fight scene. We are doing this by sponsoring Indiana based Womans MMA Fighter Julie Kedzie. An accomplished martial artist, Julie has been training since she was 5 years old, and is currently a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. In addition to her martial arts skills, she holds a BA in English from Indiana University.
She has recently turned pro and has been very impressive in her last bout. She is featured on the cover of the Hook N Shoot Revolution 2 DVD. Presently she trains in Modern Arnis, Brazilian jujitsu, Combat Submission Wrestling, and Muay Thai kickboxing. She also holds a level one coaching certificate in Combat Submission Wrestling from that system’s founder, Sensei Erik Paulson. Her website juliekedzie.com is under construction and will be live soon. She will be fighting in the upcoming "HOOKnSHOOT - Evolution" event to be held in Evansville, Indiana on November 6th, 2004
