Step Sparring

Does anyone know of a good site with step sparring vidoes/mpegs? I'm mainly looking for the WTF step sparring, but any TKD step sparring is cool.

I don't know if its exactly what your looking for but www.carbonecho.com (http://www.carbonecho.com) has quite a bit on WTF. If you have realplayer or quicktime you can view forms and other stuff. Just go to the tae kwon do section.

Okay, pretty ignorant question follows. You might not want to read.

What's step sparring? I've seen it referred to quite a bit, but I never really know what's being discussed. Help, someone, please?

Step spaaring is the same as one-steps. Its a pre-meditated move or counter(s) to any given attack. A popular TKD example is the Roundhouse kick, counter with a back kick. The attacker throws a roundhouse kick, then the defender tries to counter with a back kick.

One-steps actually go far beyond my brief explaination, but I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.
