Welcome midnightninja, who is also my daughter,

She has been about 9 years in Taekwondo and is a 1st Dan and has now started Kung Fu and will probably have many questions for all of you KF people out there.

Note from MOM: see you in the Urusai Grill & Bar! TW

Welcome midnightninja!! Love the Avatar. Congrats on your 1st Dan and good luck in your Kung Fu adventures!! Do you plan to keep up with your Tae Kwon Do training or are you going on a completely new martial arts path?

hey thanks! I like your elmo one too :) Well, I'm going to keep up with my Tae Kwon Do but at a minimal level only because I want to fully dedicate myself to kung fu. I don't want to forget my forms nor forget some of the exersizes, so I'm going to do them every now and then to make sure I haven't forotten anything. It won't be anything where it ensures a high level of training; I just have to keep it in my memory and it takes a little more work since my mind is like lightning... one big brilliant flash and it's gone :)

Thanks for asking!!

Welcome Midnightninja!

Glad to have you on board. What style Kung Fu are you studying? I started Kung Fu in early January and love it. It's nice to have another woman in this art on the board. :)

Too true. I've forgotten almost all of my tkd because I just can't retain that plus my kenpo - TMI!

Welcome - from another Tiger - Kenpo Tiger:)

Welcome! How nice to have a mother/daughter thing going here! I hope my daughter becomes interested in Martial Arts one day! I'd love to share it with her! Your mom is an  so I'm sure the apple didn't fall far from the tree!
