The book is real. I forget who the original publisher was (got a copy at home somewhere), but it wasn't Paladin. This one is a reprint with a different cover. . .I don't think the cover photo is more than 2 or 3 years old, I have a copy of the pic which Hatsumi sensei sent me with some others.
