Sensei Craig is in Houston. Highly recognized in Iaido, Kendo,

Try:

www.dentondojo.com
www.clear-lake-iaido.com

There are a couple of other styles of iaido available in Texas as well.

I also have a friend here that's involved in an Iaido club in
San Antonio. I can give you contact info, if you need it.

I wasn't aware of any iaido instruction in Corpus. What style of iai does Mr. Jackson teach?

Not sure, but he is a Weapons Master in his own right, and well versed in several Japanese styles. Been around a long time!:asian:

It sure would be nice to know a little more than that. Is there a website or anything for Mr. Jackson?

I'd recommend the Texas Shinbukan Keikokai (http://jbull.home.texas.net/history.html) . They are a study group focusing on the arts taught by Tetsuzan Kuroda Sensei.
