Aragaki Seisan

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a web site with a tutorial on the moves to the Kata aragaki seisan.....?


It could be pictures, or a video.

I just really need a guide to help me learn this kata!

Yeah I know I should've asked him to teach it to me while I was at gashkyuu in the weekend..... but alas he taught us Nanshu instead....... and I'm poor so I can't afford the video........... :(

I think I have some private footage of him teaching this form to a group of guys in Melbourne.

No, and besides I dont think Patrick would appreciate that. I have it on VHS Video only. As I said its footage of him teaching the form at a training session and not a commercial tape.
